Stand straight up, grasping a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Stand behind an elevated platform. This will be your starting position. Now place your right foot on the elevated platform. Exhale and step on the platform by extending your hip and knee of your right leg. Use mainly your heel to lift the rest of your body up to the platform, then place your left leg on the platform as well. Then inhale and step down with your left leg by flexing the hip and knee of your right leg.
